Born in Michigan but living in Austin Texas, young Peter Wiley, better known under his musical moniker Pascäal, produces broken beat electronic music with a somewhat organic feel. His latest EP "Fragile" is testimony to that; with glimpses of James Blake inspiration, organic structure and a great choice of samples, making an overall very solid debut project. But what strikes us as most promising however, is his undeniable talent in mastering synthetsizers and drum machines. Blending the two in a smooth concoction of electronic goodness.
