Introducing The Creases, a cheeky duo from Brisbane, Australia, composed of Joe Agius and Jarrold Mahon. They are the latest recruits from the notorious Rough Trade which will undoubtably get them a considerable amount of attention in times to come.
They produce an interesting blend of indie rock, surf pop and chillwave. Think Adam Green meets The Strokes with a dash of Real Estate in there for good measure. Their sound is guitar lead, lazy, punchy, with hazey vocals over it all... and we love it. The boys are releasing a limited edition 7" red vinyl on November via Rough Trade if that tickles your fancy.
